What You'll Be Doing

As a Barista at Sinceretea SJ, you'll be at the forefront of crafting memorable experiences for our customers. Here's what your day-to-day might look like:

• Preparing and serving a variety of high-quality tea, coffee, and specialty beverages.
• Providing friendly and attentive customer service to ensure every guest feels welcome.
• Maintaining a clean and organized workspace, including the preparation and service areas.
• Learning and adhering to our recipes and presentation standards.
• Collaborating with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods.
• Assisting with inventory management and restocking supplies as needed.
• Communicating with customers for sales opportunity.
• Overseeing boba diy workshops.
