Legal Counsel

Epson, a global technology leader, is seeking a Senior Counsel to join our Legal team. The Legal Counsel will be responsible for managing an active portfolio of legal issues with respect to Epson products and services with moderate to high risk implications and supporting the Company's transactional requirements with tailored contracts.

What you will be doing:

• Strategic Leadership
• Advice and Counsel
• Commercial Contracts and Cross-Functional Business Partnering

What you will bring:

• 6-10 years of experience with Commercial Contracts and Cross-Functional Business Partnering
• Prior in-house experience supporting sales, marketing and product development for technology products strongly preferred
• Enthusiastic team player with strong communication and project management skills, as well as business judgment and ability to assess risk
• Strong desire to learn and contribute to the success of Epson's business
• Live within commuting distance of Epson's Los Alamitos HQ – Hybrid role (3 days in-office/week)
• Candidates must have California bar membership or active bar membership in good standing in at least one U.S. jurisdiction

The starting annual base pay for this role is between USD $166,268 and $207,836. Please note that this position's salary range may include multiple levels. The actual base is dependent upon many factors, such as: training, transferable skills, work experience, business needs and market demands.
