In this role, you will build, repair, and optimize precision tools, dies, and fixtures used to produce PEM® self-clinching fasteners for electronics, automotive, aerospace, and industrial applications. You will interpret engineering drawings and CAD models, set up and operate manual and CNC equipment, and verify tight tolerances using precision measurement tools.
