Investment firm building a U.S. physician-led preventive and longevity care platform. We partner with physicians to bring high-quality independent practices together into a single, professionally managed network that is large enough to invest in technology, patient acquisition, and the transition from reactive to proactive care. The network is designed to equip practitioners to deliver more integrative and longevity-oriented care, while preserving their independent clinical judgment, informed by high-level guidance from medical leadership. Whether you are planning for succession, retirement, or looking for a partner to help your practice grow, each partnership is structured around your objectives and timing.
The model rests on division of responsibility. Non-clinical functions including billing, staffing, compliance, procurement, marketing, technology, and premises management move to the Platform, converting single-practice fixed costs into shared overhead and returning physician time to patients.
We believe the Platform should learn from its strongest practices rather than forcing integration. Where a practice has developed a distinctive care model, patient journey, program structure, or operating discipline, our intention is to preserve it and create opportunities to share those capabilities across a broader network. Founding and senior physicians are also encouraged to step into clinical leadership roles should they wish to do so. In these roles, they can help establish clinical protocols, diagnostic and testing pathways, and evidence-based care models across their field of expertise.
ACQUISITION CRITERIA
— Physician-led primary care, concierge, preventive, and specialty practices or telehealth platforms with a recurring patient or membership base
— Established practices with 5+ years of operations and demonstrable, transferable profitability
— $250K–$5M EBITDA businesses; full buyouts with rollover potential
— Defensible clinical moat — MD/DOs, licensed prescribers, documented protocols, and clean compliance
— Bolt-on acquisitions across all priority targets
